September 30, 2001 Methods of Payment Precision Cams offers our customers several methods of payment. All accounts are sold on a COD-MoneyOrder or CreditCard basis until we have received and approved required information to accept COD-Check. We regret to inform you that we will no longer be accepting “Return Check” or “Due upon receipt” from our customers. If you do not wish to have your order sent COD you can mail a MoneyOrder or CertifiedCheck directly to Precision Cams and we will ship upon receipt of your money. If you wish to send a check we will ship your order upon clearance of the check through our bank. Returned Checks If, at any time a check is returned as NSF or NON-Payable the account will automatically revert back to COD-MoneyOrder status. All returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee. Merchandise Returns No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Parts may be returned within (2) weeks from the date of purchase without penalty. A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return. Returns after the (2) week period are subject to a 15% restocking charge. SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NON RETURNABLE. Refused Shipments Refused Shipments are subject to freight chargebacks and handling fees. Warranty All products returned are warranted by the Manufacturer only. We will do our best to give credit promptly. All electrical parts are credited only if the manufacturer warrants the merchandise. We are not responsible for damage, consequential or otherwise for equipment failure or poor performance after installation. |
